B S Education Society has a proven track record in implementing diverse Skill Development and Vocational Training Programs for both Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and Non-PwDs. Over the past decade, we have successfully executed government-sponsored, CSR-funded, and fee-based projects with consistently high certification and placement outcomes.

• Special Focus on PwDs: Conducted Vocational Training for Special Youth across multiple years (2022–2025), training more than 135 PwD candidates, with an average certification rate of 75–80%.

• Government & Sponsored Projects: Implemented large-scale programs such as PMKVY 4.0 (RPL & Skill Hub), Skill Development Training Programme (SDTP), and Employment-Linked Skill Development Training, benefitting over 1,900 trainees between 2022–2025 with certification success rates above 85–95%.

• CSR & Fee-Based Training: Delivered market-led short-term upskilling and entrepreneurship development programs, ensuring 100% certification in CSR-funded and targeted batches.

• Long-standing Expertise: Since 2015, we have trained and certified more than 3,500 youth through vocational training initiatives, maintaining certification success rates consistently above 85%.

Placement Performance

B S Education Society has consistently demonstrated strong placement outcomes across its training initiatives for both PwDs (Persons with Disabilities) and Non-PwDs. Over the last three financial years, we have achieved commendable results in ensuring that trained youth are successfully placed in wage employment for more than three months.

• For PwDs: Placement rates have ranged between 77% and 96%, reflecting our strong industry linkages and commitment to inclusive employment opportunities.

• For Non-PwDs: Placement performance has been equally strong, with success rates between 75% and 92%, ensuring sustainable livelihoods for trained candidates.

• Overall Average: Across all categories, the average placement rate over the last three years stands at approximately 85–90%, highlighting our effective training-to-employment model.

Through structured vocational training, industry partnerships, and continuous post-placement support, we ensure that our trainees not only complete certification but also secure meaningful and lasting employment.
